美术是追求美并表达美的一种方式和手段。如果没有美术，世界就会变得简陋枯燥，毫无色彩。毕加索曾说，这个世界谈艺术，第一是中国，其次是日本，第三是非洲，白种人根本无艺术。  美是活着和生活之间的区分线；美育是感受，美育是品味和眼光；美育是渗透于儿童的生活方式之中的；美育是同等经济条件之下，活得更有趣更自信更舒适更幸福的生活方式。
    创意美术是顺应儿童身心发展需要的一种美术培养方式，让儿童以愉悦的心情参与创意美术活动，保持对美术学习的持久兴趣。我们的老师利用多种视觉材料、工具制作上课，有蜡笔画、水粉画、折纸等形式，能让儿童充分自主地表达对物，对人，对事的思考与看法。让儿童在美术体验活动中获得乐趣，在获取美术技能、掌握实际操作能力的同时，创造意识、创造能力有所提高，美术素养，美术欣赏、美术评述能力有所进步，从而达到陶冶情操，完善人格的目的。
    可以这样说，当儿童有了美的修养，他长大以后，在同样的经济条件下、同样的社会地位之下，其生活品质会比别人更高，更幸福。这是美育对人生的最伟大意义。

    Art is a way of seeking beauty and expressing beauty. Without art, the world would be dull and dull. Picasso once classified China to be the first in art followed by Japan and Africa respectively, and said that  the white people have no art.there is Beauty in everything. Aesthetic education is  feeling, aesthetic education is taste and vision; Aesthetic education permeates the way children live; Aesthetic education is the same economic condition, living more  interesting and confident and more comfortable and happier lifestyle.

    Creative art is needed for children's physical and mental development in a way of art training, encourage the children to participate in the creative arts activities, keep to the fine arts study lasting interest. Our teachers in class, uses a variety of visual materials, tools, crayons, gouache, origami,these can help the children to fully express the content to the people, thoughts and view of things. Allow children to have fun in the fine arts activities in obtaining the art skills. master the practical operation ability, create  consciousness and create  ability, fine arts accomplishment, art appreciation, art review ability improved, so as to edify sentiment,thus enhancing the purpose of perfect personality.

    It can be said that when children have a beautiful accomplishment, when they grow up in the same economic conditions, the same social status, their quality of life will be higher and they will be happier than others . This is the greatest meaning of aesthetic education for life.
